Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real-world issues with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country. This will give them an opportunity to think outside the box, develop diplomatic abilities, further critical reasoning and develop leadership skills.
For example, a student may be assigned the United Kingdom and will have to solve global agendas such as nuclear non-proliferation or climate change from the policies and perspectives of the United Kingdom.

It is our absolute honour to welcome you to the seventh edition of our in-house Model UN, SAIMUN 2025, which will take place from Thursday, June 19th to Saturday, June 21st, 2025.
SAIMUN VII is all about bringing together passionate minds to debate, collaborate, and take on global challenges. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned delegate, you’re in for three days of exciting discussions, fresh perspectives, and unforgettable experiences. We’ve put in a lot of effort to make this conference engaging, inspiring, and truly special. Prepare for thought-provoking debates, new friendships, and a chance to make your voice heard.
